As MAPA, which values women’s labor, knowledge and determination, and values women in all areas of society, from top management to employees in a male-dominated sector, we continue to demonstrate our commitment with our donation to the Mor Çatı Women’s Shelter Foundation.
In addition to being one of the world’s most important manufacturers in clutch production, we are proud of being a company that has a female employee ratio far above the sector average in the automotive supply industry and has a large female workforce in its management staff. We are happy to support our women through this valuable foundation by contributing to the Mor Çatı Foundation, which has been aiming to fight violence against women, gender inequality and solidarity with women since 1990, in memory of 8 March International Women’s Day. We continue to lead our employees in the fight against inequaliti by strengthening women’s solidarity with the donation we made to the Mor Çatı Women’s Shelter Foundation on behalf of each of our female employees.
